Vision To share experiences of working with students from disadvantaged backgrounds. How can we best meet the real needs of these students? In my experience this often involves general life skills training as well as specific skills training. In my case this is craft and visual art skills. Needs Exchanging skills through a bartering system, sharing materials such as worksheets and course outlines, sharing expertise. Contributions 6 hours a month, hosting meetings, helping organise events, exhibitions, workshops etc., writing workshop and training materials, research, visual art and education
